My stay was quite nice overall, with easy access to the beach and great family-friendly amenities. However, I faced some issues with the air conditioning and did find the staff's service lacking at times. The rooms were very spacious and well-equipped for cooking, but it was unfortunate that they didn't have AC, making the heat a challenge. Additionally, while the grounds are beautiful, the quiet environment can sometimes feel a bit isolating.

Our stay at Luana Kai was absolutely wonderful! The condo we stayed in offered gorgeous views and was super comfortable for our family. Mario, who helped us at check-in, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The only downside was the occasional noise from construction nearby, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. The proximity to the beach and the amenities available made it a great value for our family vacation.
